  1. The customer who is Minor under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website/mobile application and shall not transact on or use the website.
  2. Oasis Mobile Application does not store full credit card information. The application only acts as a pass-through to the bank/payment gateway.
  3. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
  4. Delivery and shipping policy: Oasis only delivers inside the UAE. Oasis will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Delivery will be done based on scheduled deliveries to customers. These schedules are based on best effort and might face delays/cancellation from time to time.
  5. Refund/Return Policy: Oasis has a no-Refund policy.
  6. Cancellation & Replacement Policy: Oasis has a no-Cancellation policy. Replacement of product will be done only if a valid quality complaint is registered with our call center.

Delivery deemed to be successfully completed once an invoice is generated and reflected in the statement of account for a specific period, and confirmation of the correctness of the statement as rendered will be assumed if no notice of disagreement with any of the entries is received within 48 hours of the date of the invoice
